**2-Day Air is not available when shipping to a P.O. Box address. Your order will be delivered on the 2nd Business Day (Business Days are M-F, excluding holidays) after date of order if the order is received by 1:00pm ET, depending on availability of item(s).
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
Tafford ships via FedEx SmartPost Ground delivery service. This service utilizes both FedEx and the US Postal Service for handling. In most circumstances, your package will be delivered via the US Postal Service. All standard delivery packages can be tracked at https://www.fedex.com/tracking. All P.O. Box addresses are sent via FedEx SmartPost.
FedEx Premium Ground utilizes the FedEx ground delivery network from door to door. This service will deliver your package to you faster than any other ground service.
When Will My Order Ship?
All orders ship complete. If all items in your order appear with an In Stock status, expect your order to ship within 1 business day. If any item appears with a shipping timeframe (i.e. Ships within 7-10 days), your ENTIRE order will ship when all items have arrived in our warehouse. If you would like to receive In Stock items ahead of shipping schedule, please contact Customer Service at 800-697-3321, and for an additional shipping fee, we will split the order and ship In Stock items immediately.
If you gave us your email address during checkout or you signed into your account, you will receive an email the day we ship your order. This email will detail your order and give you tracking information (when applicable) so you may track your order with the shipper directly.
When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?
Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose as well as the distance from our North Carolina Distribution Center. It usually takes approximately 3-7 business days for you to receive your order. Our Distribution Center ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
