I would like to take this opportunity to inform you of the excellent service I have received from Andrea Nau. After having a negative experience with another vendor, I have found it refreshing to work with your company because of Andrea. Her knowledge of your products has been of great value to me as well as her promptness in filling our orders.

The one aspect of her service that I personally appreciate is her follow-up. So many companies do not inform you of any problems concerning the delivery of your order, but Andrea keeps me informed. I am in charge of placing orders for our ballistic vests and during this "learning period" Andrea has assisted me with these orders. She has correctly questioned some of the measurements I submitted which made the difference in a correct fit for a vest.

I want to express my thoughts on one of your customer service reps. Her name is Suzi Clapp she has an amazing attitude and personality, she is a very huge asset to your company and goes above and beyond to help with your orders.

I deal with numerous suppliers, but we are not a big department so a lot of the time they won't call us back or even try to help find equipment. This is where Suzi shows a very professional manner. She understands that we need this, and even if it is just a few things, she will be very involved in getting this done for us. Sometimes suppliers don't understand that equipment is what we need to help us help people, and a lot of times we in the public/sales world do not get recognized for our efforts. We will stay your customer as long as Suzi is who we deal with.

For the past several weeks I have been purchasing a variety of items for the startup of my new security company. As a former deputy sheriff, volunteer firefighter and now a member of the security profession, I have relied on CHIEF to provide me with quality equipment. They have, and continue to meet all my expectations.

Ms. Auld has helped me numerous times in selecting and ordering company and personal equipment, and for that I am most grateful. However, Ms. Auld continues to express to me courtesy that is often not found in today's busy world. I really appreciate a person who puts forth an effort that is above and beyond.

When you are working for a company, no matter what your duties, you are actually working for the client first. Without their loyalty, there would be no company to work for. I am only a "one-horse shop" at the moment, but I feel like I am being treated as if I were buying for a major agency. That is why I stay a client.
