Once in a while, I get completely shocked by actually receiving customer service. In today's age it seems that customer service does not exist. So, I am even more shocked when the customer service is above and beyond what I expect. I am so very impressed with Steven Deutsch and how professional, friendly and expedient he is.

Steven has been so much help to me. Our company needed new safety vests and I couldn't find anyone to help me find a red one. Everyone I called said that the red safety vest did not exist (but they could get me a yellow or an orange one). Luckily, I found Steven Deutsch.

Steven found a gentleman who would custom-make a vest for us. The custom-made vests saved us $60.00/vest and prevented us from buying something that did not suit our needs.

One of the most impressive things about Steven is that he actually called back afterwards to ask about how we liked the vest. Customer service like that is just unheard of.

Today I called Steven to inquire about the fire-retardant rating, arc rating, and NFPA rating of the custom made vests. He called me back within 10 minutes with the information. I was very impressed because I did not expect to hear from him for a few days. I probably write two letters like this a year, and I definitely think you have struck the employee lottery with this guy!

Please let Mr. Deutsch know that we appreciate him and we're very happy with the service and help he provides. I will encourage anyone to use your company for their safety needs.

Thanks so much for the flagging, paint and pin flags you sent for the Space Shuttle Disaster Recovery. We got it yesterday morning when we were just about out.

My flagging color is unique (the reason I have been using it for some 11-plus years) and we are flagging the perimeter of 1 kilometer square grids (about 4 to 6 a day) to keep the search crews within a concentrated search area. There has been much oil exploration in this area in the last few years, along with forestry work and survey work and there is orange and pink flagging everywhere. It is very confusing to folks who are not used to being in the woods. This color is very recognizable to the ground searchers and recovery units and makes their job much less confusing.

Thanks a million – there are surveyors here from all over the nation and we all appreciate your generosity and compassion.

Thank you so much for your recommendations with that last batch of supplies I ordered. Those new Tekk (#PRO-20) radios are the best I've ever used, and they lasted forever on one charge!

And the magnetic locator – unbelievable!! Compact, lightweight, easy to use, and great features. The ability to discern a metal object that's lying down versus one that's upright (like an iron pipe) has saved us hours of useless digging. I never thought I would ever like a different type of locator than the "industry standard" that I've been using for the past 25 years, but this one beats it hands down! Thanks again.
