As a volunteer EMT in my home town I needed some PPE items. I went online to see who had a good price on EMT pants and other items. I found CHIEF and requested a catalog. About a week after the catalog came, I ordered a responder holster, boots, and a pair of the Propper utility pants. I received them and have utilized their use every day since. And recently I ordered a couple extra pairs of shears. For the price I am very pleased. As for the quality I am very happy. Thanks CHIEF!

My husband ordered a Crew Jacket for me for Christmas. It arrived in record time! I opened my jacket yesterday with my name, Fire Department name and EMT Logo. You guys did an absolutely wonderful job. I wore it yesterday when we had an emergency run (tree fell onto car on highway). When all was said and done, most of the firefighters I work with are very definitely interested in getting a jacket like mine.

In the meantime, I am very pleased with the jacket... it was raining, sleeting and snowing while I was wearing the jacket yesterday and it kept me warm and dry. So very pleased with the jacket. Thank you so much for your prompt service.
