CHIEF Grants Helps Hundreds Apply for 2006 Grants

Assistance to Firefighter's Grant Program (AFGP)
This year's Assistance to Firefighter's Grant Program has been our busiest ever! Grant Consultant Kurt Bradley spent the month of March and the first week of April assisting fire departments nationwide with their applications for the biggest pool of fire grant money in the country.

When the application period closed on Apr. 7, Kurt had helped 135 departments write grant applications for over $15 million. Good luck to everyone who applied!

Law Enforcement Grants
Our Law Enforcement Grants Consultant Margaret Stark has also finished up application periods for many different law enforcement grants. From CEDAP to ONDCP, to ever-popular programs such as the Bulletproof Vest Partnership Program, Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program and the Polaris Ranger Grant, Margaret has helped over 250 Law Enforcement Agencies with their applications.
