What is it?
The Rural Health Network Development Grant Program 330A(f) supports development of rural health networks. Grant funds are used to support activities that strengthen the organizational capabilities of these networks whose purpose is to overcome the fragmentation and vulnerability of providers in rural areas.

The program is designed for organizations that wish to further ongoing collaborative relationships to integrate systems of care administratively, clinically, financially, and/or technologically. The goal of the rural Health Network Development Program is to achieve efficiencies; expand access to, coordinate, and improved the quality of essential health care services; and strengthen the rural health care system as a whole.
