Tips for Putting Bids in a Grant Application

When including equipment quotes in your application, remember to put in all the following details.

  • Supplier (e.g., CHIEF)

  • Product Name
  • Brief Product Description
  • Quantity
  • MSRP
  • Supplier Quote
  • Any discounts
  • Shipping estimate
  • If it meets standards (e.g., NFPA, OSHA, etc.)
