Custom & In-Stock Embroidery Available

CHIEF's custom and in-stock embroidery services mean you can personalize our apparel selection with your choice of emblems, logos and messages, at great prices. Embroidered items require an extra 1-2 weeks for customization.

In-Stock Embroidered Emblems, $7.50

Products with this logo can be embroidered For only $7.50, it's both easy and affordable to add an emblem and an embroidered message to your apparel. The logo at left means an item is available for personalization. Just add what you want to your cart, then before you place your order we'll walk you through our easy online embroidery setup.

Embroidery can be added to

  • Left chest of apparel (in-stock emblem or name/message, up to 22 characters and spacing)
  • Right chest of apparel (in-stock emblem or name/message, up to 22 characters and spacing)
  • Front of ball cap (in-stock emblem)
  • Back of ball cap (your name or message, up to 10 characters and spacing)

In-stock emblems are an additional $7.50, which includes your organization's name around the emblem. For an additional $7.50, you can add a separate line of text, such as your name or rank, to the opposite side of the chest.

We can embroider your custom artwork to any of our personalizable clothing With our Custom Embroidery Services, we can embroider your organization's custom artwork onto your choice of our stock of customizable apparel.

Custom embroidery costs $75 (one-time non-refundable embroidery setup fee). Once you have approved your logo sew-out, we will keep it on file for you to use as often as you like, for $7.50 per item.

In order to set up your custom embroidery, please call us at (888) 588-8569 and we will guide you through our setup process. We'll need some information including:

  • Your contact and shipping information
  • Products you are considering for embroidery
  • Thread colors in your logo
  • Any special instructions
  • Artwork, including camera-ready art, electronic file, business card, or letterhead (we'll go over the full details when you call)
