The 35M Turnout Gear Systems offer the optimal blend of dependable protection and user comfort at affordable prices. The 35M Bunker Gear System offers optimal fits for a traditional-length coat/pant combination. Turnout pants available in Khaki or Yellow.

Features and Specifications:

  • Standard Waistband coordinates with Traditional 35" coat (35M only)
  • 2-piece waist-style design, with a slanted fly flap and removable suspenders
  • Outer Shell: 7.5 oz Nomex® IIIA
  • Moisture Barrier: 2.7 oz Stedair® 3000
  • Thermal Barrier: 8.0 oz Southern Mills™ Q8
  • Stitches: Nomex® thread
  • Seams: 8-10 stitches per inch
  • All major A seams are double-stitched felled seam with a lock or chain stitch
  • Inner Waistband:
    • Made of shell material
    • Provides extra comfort
    • Prevents chafing
    • Further insulates from metallic components
  • 8 Rust-Resistant Suspender Buttons accommodate standard H-style suspenders
  • Large 10" x 10" Bellows-Style Cargo Pockets
    • Inside-lined with shell material
    • Include 2 drainage eyelets on each pocket
  • N.F.P.A.-compliant reflective trim:
    • Included on both 35M bunker gear jackets and pants
    • Made with 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective material
    • One 2" Scotchlite® band is sewn around each leg, 3" up from the cuff, and provides the required retro-reflectivity
  • All stress points are bar-tacked for extra strength
  • Pant cuffs reinforced with high-quality, FR-treated, water-repellent leather for increased garment service life
  • Comfort Knee Pads (sold separately) provide extra comfort through the use of "slip-in" removable comfort pads, which fit into built-in pockets on the inside of the pant leg
    • Enhances comfort when kneeling and crawling
    • Increases thermal insulation and liquid penetration resistance to the critical knee area
    • Knee pad inserts sold separately
  • Side Take-up Straps with postman slide buckles are sewn to the waist of the pant, one over each side seam, and allow for an adjustment of up to 4"
  • All critical seams are double stitched
  • All lower hems are reinforced with reflective trim
  • Colors: Black with Lime Trim or Yellow with Orange Trim
