"I believe these are the best EMS pants out there bar none. I would only make one change and that would be to get rid of the left side EMS pocket and put a cell phone and radio pocket on that side in its place, no need for two sets of sissors straps. Other than that you can't beat the fit or construction of these pants they out last the others so they are worth the few extra $. Wash inside out in Tide for darks and they will not fade. I have a pair of the origional 5.11 tactical pants that Royal Robbins made for them and they still look good enough to wear after what must be hundreds of washings."

"These BDU's are great, the knee pads make them feel a little heavier, but when working a job in the middle of a street you'll be glad you have them, but if you don't want to have the pads in there easy to pop out."

"The advertised Knee Pads don't stay centered on the knee, they move off to the inside of the knee which makes them clumsy and awkward to wear and move around in. The pants are heavy which probably makes them durable but are very hot in summer. I returned them."
