Atlanco EMT Pants have a 6-pocket design for carry-all utility. 65/35 poly/cotton ripstop fabric coated with DuPont® Teflon® Fabric Protector to guard against stains.

  • 2 slanted front pockets with bartacks
  • 2 inserted hip pockets with hook-and-loop closure
  • 2 extra-large pleated, partially bellowed cargo pockets with hook-and-loop closures
  • Left cargo pocket has an extra utility pocket with hook-and-loop closures
  • Right cargo pocket:
  • 3 slots attached to outer shell
  • 2 outside slots have 1" wide straps with snap closures for securing medical equipment
  • Fused flaps
  • Reinforced knees
  • 7 reinforced 1" wide belt loops with 2-1/2" wide openings
  • 2 adjustable waist tabs secured with 4 bartacks each
  • Gripper waistband to keep shirt tucked
  • Metal self-locking zipper fly

"I normally wear a size 30 pant so I figured the small size 27-31 would be a perfect fit. Unfortunately, they are way too tight. Other than that, the pants are comfortable and well made. The pockets are huge, and the material feels quite durable. Note the extra large belt loops though your standard dress belt will look way too small and kind of silly. I recommend a 1.75 belt to go with these pants."

Propper Criticaledge are better *****

"I use 5.11 at work and was unsure to try Tru-spec or Propper for my EMT pants. I first ordered the Tru-spec and was unimpressed with the quality and how they fit. I exchanged them for the Propper Criticaledge pants. The Propper pants fit much better and has several features the Tru-spec didn't."
