PGI Fireline Wildfire Jumpsuit, Yellow

PGI™ Fireline™ One-Piece Wildland Jumpsuit is available in your choice of 6-oz. Nomex IIIA or 9-oz. Indura. U.L.-classified to meet or exceed N.F.P.A. 1977 Standard on Protective Clothing and Equipment for Wildland Fire Fighting (current ed.). Also meets or exceeds Cal-O.S.H.A. Title 8 GISO Sections 3406 (c)(1) and/or 3410(d)(1).

Designed to allow maximum ease of movement with minimum bulk
Developed in collaboration with professional fire fighters.
4" high Alpine-style collar
Front zipper extended closure, encased with an internal and external flap
3" hanger loop at neck
Two-way self-locking Zytel FR50 Delrin zipper mounted on Nomex Zipper tape extends to top of collar and is self-fabric backed to prevent metal from touching the skin
Self-fabric storm flap covers zipper and secures shut with intermittent hook-and-loop system
Seamless shoulders eliminate bulky seams and allows maximum mobility while reducing wear and seam pressure under pack harness
Articulated, radial designed sleeve eliminates shoulder seam and contours to fit the natural bend of the elbow
Gusseted sleeve cuff incorporates a multiple closure system of adjustable hook & loop tab and elastic
Radio pocket with hook and loop flap closure and microphone holder loop is set above the pocket flap
Self-material waistband is 2¼" wide with elastic at center back and has take-up straps on each side with black finish carbon steel ladder buckles to allow 4" waist adjustment
Snap at waist is fabric backed so no metal touches skin
Front closure has two-way #5 self-locking Zytel FR50 Delrin zipper mounted on Nomex zipper tape
Zipper extends to top of collar for secure closure around neck and face
A self-fabric storm flap covers zipper for additional protection, secures shut with an intermittent hook-and-loop system
Front angled bag pockets have permanently flame-resistant pocket bags and are extra deep and contoured
Pocket flap secures with hook-and-loop tape
Side seam pass-through trouser access is secured with Zytel FR50 Delrin self-locking zippers mounted to Nomex side tape
Two 9" X 9" cargo pockets with 1¼" deep back and bottom bellows are located at the mid-thigh and secured with hook-and-loop
Two rear welt-style pockets have permanently flame-resistant pocket bags and flaps secure with hook-and-loop closure
Articulated designed leg panel has contoured knee to allow for full range of movement
Knee pad pocket is an 8½" high internal pocket for optional knee pad and secured with hook-and-loop; pocket material has the added benefit of reinforcing knee area
Gusseted leg has multiple cuff closure system comprised of 14" Zytel FR50 Delrin leg zippers mounted on Nomex tape, elastic and adjustable snap closure
2" wide 3M™ Scotchlite™ Flame-Resistant Retro-Reflective Lime/Yellow with silver stripe (triple trim) is sewn across shoulders in back, around arms and legs
Optional Knee Pad. Made from super soft 100% flame-resistant closed cell Neoprene. Pads have excellent stretch, flexibility and compression and recovery characteristics
